By participating, entrants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Participate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To enter the prize draw, participants must complete and submit the online entry form with the requested personal information before the closing date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prize<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 winners will receive one race lap on the new track with a professional pilot.<\/p>\n<p>The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent alternative if necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Winner Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The winner will be selected by a paper-based lottery draw at the opening event on 11 September at 6:30 p.m. on the stage. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries received.<\/p>\n<p>The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize otherwise it will be lost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The personal data provided by participants will be processed by Andalucia Circuit solely for the administration of this prize draw, including verifying eligibility, selecting the winner, and contacting the winner.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the prize draw or where required by law.<\/p>\n<p>Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, or exercise any other applicable privacy rights by contacting the organiser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participation in the prize draw is at the participant&#8217;s own risk.
