Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 16 years or older at the time of entry. By participating, entrants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and complete.

How to Participate

To enter the prize draw, participants must complete and submit the online entry form with the requested personal information before the closing date.

Prize

5 winners will receive one race lap on the new track with a professional pilot.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent alternative if necessary.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a paper-based lottery draw at the opening event on 11 September at 6:30 p.m. on the stage. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries received.

The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize otherwise it will be lost.

Data Protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by Andalucia Circuit solely for the administration of this prize draw, including verifying eligibility, selecting the winner, and contacting the winner.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the prize draw or where required by law.

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, or exercise any other applicable privacy rights by contacting the organiser.

Liability

Participation in the prize draw is at the participant’s own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for incomplete, late, or lost entries, technical failures affecting the online entry process, circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the prize draw or prize from taking place as planned.

The winner acknowledges that participation in the race lap involves motorsport activities and agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by Andalucia Circuit and its staff. The organiser shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by its negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

General

The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
